Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for a Head of Integrations to join an Independent Financial Advice practice.

This company ensures their clients are provided with the advice they deserve, recognizing that each client is different and therefore tailoring their services to the client and offering a range of solutions.

They are currently looking to bring on a Head of Integrations to join their existing team due to continued success and growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Head of Integrations, to take on a new challenge and join a leading financial planning firm.

Duties will involve, but not be limited to:
To Head up the Integrations Division, ensuring all acquisition projects run smoothly

Develop bespoke integration plans for acquisitions (on a case by case basis)

Oversee all integration training programmes

Ensuring effective communication between stakeholders, internal and external

Reporting on and making a note of progress of integration projects to the wider business

Making recommendations on integration strategies

Skills and experience required:

2+ years' experience in relevant role within a financial advice business
Strong interpersonal skills
Previous experience managing mergers
Project Management capabilities
