Drivers Mate / Ongoing regular work - Avonmouth, Bristol, BS11

Corr are working with a leading home delivery department store chain for home furnishings & accessories and electronics located in Avonmouth who are looking to recruit a number of Drivers mates / porters / drivers assistants to join their team on a temp to perm or ongoing basis.

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED - TRAINING PROVIDED - JUST NEED TO BE ABLE TO COMMIT AND BE RELIABLE

Avonmouth (BS11)

Pay rate
:
£ per hour - Paid Weekly
06.00 am starts £10.50 an hour / 10.30am starts £10.82 an hour

Shifts:

You can select the Days you work from 1 shift a week to 5 shifts a week Monday - Saturday.

We do require you to be available to work a Saturday shift a few times a month. It is adhoc work so you will need to be flexible

The Role:

Calling customers whilst delivering with estimated delivery times and checking access for the van is there.
Helping the experienced driver deliver products in a professional and friendly manner
Communicating problems
Excellent Customer Service and friendly and well mannered attitude,
Updating apps and paperwork as required.

The Person:

Previous experience of delivering furniture or heavy good would be an advantage.
The ability to keep to deadlines set
Be presentable in appearance to represent the company well
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be friendly and helpful to customers.

Full Training and induction provided, regular work with a very reputable business.

Due to the location and poor transport links, you will need your own mode of transport to access the site.

You also must be reliable and committed to work shifts you commit to.
