- Conduct comprehensive assessments of the current ERP system (SAP) to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Provide expert consultation on ERP performance, recommending strategic enhancements and potential alternatives.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and align system capabilities accordingly.
- Leverage your experience in the Hospitality sector to address specific industry needs, including tills, stock management, and operational workflows.
- Drive the implementation of system changes and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, offering strategic guidance on technology investments and initiatives.
- Proven experience in a Systems Consultant or similar role, with a strong focus on ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, etc.).
- Deep understanding of ERP functionality and performance metrics, coupled with the ability to translate technical insights into actionable recommendations.
- Prior experience in the Hospitality sector, with a solid grasp of industry-specific processes and challenges (e.g., tills, stock management).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of delivering high-impact solutions in a fast-paced environment.
