- Fully utilise tools, technology, external benchmarking, and internal insights to strategically design a colleague propositions framework that elevates their experience and our employee value proposition.
- Leverage your existing HR network to identify opportunities to improve, enhance, and create new products and services.
- Collaborate with our platform teams to contribute to the development and testing of prototypes at pace, embracing Gen AI technology and iterating the product/service to better meet our colleague's needs.
- Guide senior partners and lead events and workshops with senior colleagues to craft a groundbreaking set of people propositions and HR guidance that increases advocacy for the systemic changes required, while delivering bold and creative solutions.
- Be accountable for transforming our people guidance, designing new colleague propositions, and contributing to the attraction and retention of diverse talent.
- Lead cultural change focused on business outcomes, utilising design and systems thinking capability.
- Manage the Propositions Change Portfolio, delivering initiatives with multiple project workstreams and managing any associated implementation risks and budgets.
- Work with international partners across different geographical jurisdictions (e.g. India), tailoring our products and services to meet local employment law and cultural needs.
