£A great opportunity for a Temporary Works Designer to join a leading Tier 1 contractor with an exciting pipeline of work across major projects and frameworks within water, utilities & energy."

As Temporary Works Designer you'll be providing technical support to assist with operational activities, including support for excavations, working platforms, shaft/tunnel installations, lifting ops etc.

You will provide detailed design and checking of temporary works and minor permanent works as well as the checking of detailed technical designs.

Our client is a top 1 contractor, known for their work with Civil Engineering and Construction sector. The ideal Temporary Works Designer will have thorough knowledge of engineering management, construction processes and technical design.

You will have previous experience working within temporary work design across civil engineering and construction projects and be able to demonstrate the type of temporary works design you have completed.

We do require someone that has worked for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors, and you must have a Degree, ONC/HNC or equivalent in civil engineering.
