    Look Ahead are a leading provider of specialist care and support services for individuals living with learning disabilities, mental health and homelessness.

    Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Director of Group Operations will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth of the organisation, with a particular focus on expanding services in complex learning disabilities and mental health while overseeing the portfolio encompassing social housing and homelessness services.

    Lead and oversee the operational management of Look Ahead's diverse service portfolio, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and operational excellence.

    Develop and implement strategic plans for the expansion of services in complex learning disabilities and mental health, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.

    Collaborate closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to align operational strategies with organisational goals and objectives.
    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and best practices across all service areas.
    Drive performance monitoring and evaluation processes to measure the effectiveness and impact of operational initiatives.
    Act as a key liaison with external stakeholders, including government agencies, funders, partners, and community organizations.

    Proven track record of senior leadership experience in the social care or healthcare sector, with a focus on operational management and strategic growth.

    Extensive knowledge and understanding of complex learning disabilities, mental health services, social housing, and homelessness issues.

    Strong strategic planning and business development skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for expansion and drive organizational growth.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
    Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of organizational operations.
    Relevant qualifications in healthcare management, social care, or a related field are highly desirable.
