    Customer Services Representative (CSR)
    Newcastle (Cobalt) Contact Centre
    Working Hours: 37 1⁄2 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9 am to 5 pm

    Join our dynamic team at DXC, a leading global Technology company, working on a prestigious contract with one of the world's leading banks, J.We are currently seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our Newcastle (Cobalt) Contact Centre as Customer Services Representatives (CSRs).


    Role Overview:

    As a CSR, you will play a crucial role in handling all aspects of customer contacts, including telephone interactions, written correspondence, and forms.

    You will be responsible for managing your own time, attendance, and punctuality while ensuring adherence to current Policies/Procedures, processing rules, and efficient navigation of various systems.

    Morgan POca account holders via telephone, written correspondence, and forms.
    Guide account holders accurately and professionally through business processes, enhancing the overall customer experience.
    Adhere to and be familiar with Policies/Procedures, processing rules, and POca systems.
    Cross-train in all business areas to provide cover for other Contact Centre staff as required.
    Maintain adherence to agreed call/written quality standards.
    Morgan administration policies and procedures with a common-sense approach.
    Excellent telephone manners.
    Previous experience working in a Contact Centre.
    Previous Back Office experience, including letter writing.
