We are looking for an enthusiastic, capable and proactive Site Services Officer / Caretaker to join this Primary School located in Birmingham on an initial contract basis to start as soon as possible for a long term position that could potentially go tempto perm.

£24, ,000 Per Annum Equivalent
Hours: 6am to 10am Monday to Thursday 6am to 9am on a Friday & 14.30 to 18.00hrs Monday to Friday

You will be responsible for general maintenance and repairs, basic plumbing repairs, planned preventative maintenance, painting and furniture moves.

It is essential that you are capable of regular stooping, bending, lifting and carrying of equipment, materialsand furniture, and able to climb ladders.


To work with our clients, you must be positive, hardworking and have a strong commitment to high standards of service delivery and customer care.

This role will require a DBS check and relevant vetting and compliance as per DFES guidance.
