Claims Handler - Motor

Key Responsibilities

Complete the first notification of loss ensuring all relevant information is captured to fully progress the claim.
Provide support to the management team by delivering the best performance you can in line with objectives, SPI's and SLA's.
Handle inbound and outbound calls from/to customers, third parties, brokers and accident management companies in a professional manner.
General Claims Administration
Adhere to company/regulatory processes and procedures.

What Can We Provide to You?

Between £19, £24,700 dependant on the role and performance month on month.
