Claims Handler - Motor

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete the first notification of loss ensuring all relevant information is captured to fully progress the claim.
  • Provide support to the management team by delivering the best performance you can in line with objectives, SPI's and SLA's.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from/to customers, third parties, brokers and accident management companies in a professional manner.
  • General Claims Administration
  • Adhere to company/regulatory processes and procedures.

What Can We Provide to You?

Work Hours: Full time

Salary:
Between £19, £24,700 dependant on the role and performance month on month.
