My client is a global leader in innovative and sustainable lighting solutions, offering a comprehensive range of LED luminaires, intelligent controls, and bespoke lighting systems for commercial, industrial, and architectural applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Production Engineering team, including mentoring and coaching young apprentices.
• Collaborate with design team on projects.
• Improve processes and DFM.
• Directly manage engineers and oversee daily activities.
• Liaise with internal departments for project completion.

Key Requirements:

• Engineering managerial experience in the manufacturing, engineering, technical or electronics sectors.
• Project management experience beneficial.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Fast-paced manufacturing industry experience.

What We Offer:

• Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week.
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
• Salary: £55,000 - £65,000.
