Material Compliance LeadEnsure compliance with EU (RoHS, REACH, WEEE) and U.TSCA) standards for local production.
Check local product compliances via dashboard, identify gaps, coordinate with teams (Product Management, R&D, QA, SCM) to resolve issues.
???? Prepare Statement of Conformity for customers/regulatory bodies, validate with stakeholders.Education:
Degree in Science, Manufacturing, or Engineering (or HNC/HND). Experience in material compliance and/or supplier quality management preferred.
Quality Focus
Skilled in managing operational supplier quality.
Expertise in material compliance (RoHS, REACH, WEEE, TSCA).
Aptitude for identifying gaps in compliance and resolving issues.
Proficiency in regular reporting and use of Supplier Quality Management tools.
Skilled in preparing compliance statements and handling supplier assessments.
Strong in training and raising awareness about material regulations.
Skilled in coaching others on using dashboards and data retrieval platforms.
Quick response capability to supply issues related to quality, deliveries, and non-conforming products.
Experienced in preparing claims cases when necessary.
