Are you looking to escape the grind of working in the city?
My clients are a highly successful Solicitors, based in the North East of England(approx. 30 mins drive from Newcastle). They are excited to expand and recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to their team as they continue to grow.
The firm seeks a solicitor with a minimum of 2-3 years' PQE, including experience in Commercial Property. The successful solicitor will manage a broad caseload of commercial, agricultural, and some residential matters.

The role includes:

Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and sales;
Charges and remortgages;
Leases and renewals;
Licenses to assign;
Option Agreements;
Deeds of Easements;
Subletting and surrendering leases.
