    OVERVIEW AND ROLE PURPOSE

We combine our unique technology platform and unrivalled expertise so that marketers can engage shoppers and inspire them to buy their products in the store or channel of their choice.

    Acquired by Venture Capitalists in 2021, the business has recently completed organisation change and right-sizing on restore profitability. It is now setting out on an ambitious digital transformation journey and implementing an exciting high growth strategy.

    The Campaign Delivery Executive will be responsible for the delivery of client marketing campaigns including supporting all type of clients with their coupon/campaign journey. This role also includes the sourcing and management of suppliers to deliver to client briefs within managed timeframes and budgets. Simultaneously supporting our operations team with excellent administrative support.

    This person needs to be able to build relationships with colleagues and work closely with them. A positive and supportive culture is an important part of savi.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Liaise with sales team to take brief and campaign requirements and turn these into written briefs and plans for campaign delivery. Typical campaigns include website landing pages, HTML build and deployment, printed marketing collateral, competitions and cash back promotions.

    · Project manage delivery of campaigns from end to end, including liaising with suppliers, planning, managing deliverables and timings, proofing and user testing, stakeholder approvals and sign-off.

    · Keep internal, supplier and client stakeholders updated as appropriate, escalating issues to Campaign Delivery Manager as necessary.

    · Support all types of clients (manufacturers & retailers) with promohub, including training, barcode processes, coupon setups, coupon amends, monitoring, reporting and PO/Invoice process

    · Ensure campaigns are ready to be invoiced accurately and in a timely manner.

    · Manage ongoing campaigns with required updates, monitoring and invoicing.

    · Provide clients with reporting and end of campaign reviews, including participating in presenting the campaign review to stakeholders

    · Gather client testimonials and case histories from successfully delivered campaigns.

    · Support Product teams by advising on new feature and product requests

    · Monitor SLAs to ensure exemplary service is maintained for clients.

    · To maintain and update all 'Master Data' received via a variety of channels, such as Promohub.

    · Supporting operations with retail client processes.

    · Manage various consumer and client helpdesk inboxes.

    · To provide first line query management in order to accurately identify the type of enquiry and therefore determine the most appropriate course of action

    · Fraud prevention: Managing 'not on file' coupons and liaising with coupon owners.

    · Be a champion of best practice and participate in process development to continually improve efficiency.

    EXPERIENCE

    The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

    Essential:

    · 2 years' experience working in a campaign delivery or account management role

    · Good understanding and knowledge of marketing services

    · Highly organised campaign executive with a proven ability to deliver deadlines

    · Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

    · Good communicator and able to liaise at all levels to deliver a campaign

    Desirable:

    · Educated to A Level standard or equivalent

    · Customer service / Account support experience.

    · Understanding of print management

    · Ability to use Photoshop

    · Understanding of the retail promotional landscape
