    Requirements

    • Bachelors/Masterssdegree in Business Administration Marketing Finance or a relatedfield.
    • Proven experience in partnershipmanagement business development or related roles within thefintech/cryptocurrency industry inAfrica
    • Proven track record of successfulpartnership development and management with demonstrated ability todeliver results and exceed targets
    • Strongunderstanding of fintech and cryptocurrency ecosystems includingmarket dynamics regulatory landscapes and emergingtrends
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport andinfluence stakeholders at all levels
    • Strategicthinker with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities capableof identifying opportunities and driving initiatives to achievebusinessobjectives

    Responsibilities

    • Identifyevaluate and pursue partnership opportunities with relevantorganisations including financial institutions technology providersregulatory bodies and other industrystakeholders
    • Build and nurture strongrelationships with existing and prospective partners understandingtheir needs and aligning partnership initiatives to deliver mutualvalue and success
    • Lead crossfunctionalcollaboration efforts internally and externally to drivepartnership initiatives ensuring alignment with business objectivesand priorities
    • Develop and implement strategicpartnership plans and roadmaps defining objectives targets and KPIsto measure performance and impact
    • Leadnegotiations and contract discussions with partners ensuringfavourable terms and conditions while mitigating risks andmaximizing opportunities for valuecreation
    • Conduct market research and analysisto identify trends opportunities and competitive landscapesinforming partnership strategies and decisionmakingprocesses
    • Collaborate with product developmentteams to facilitate the integration of partner solutions andservices ensuring seamless interoperability and userexperience
    • Provide regular updates and reportson partnership activities performance metrics and key insights tointernal stakeholders and seniormanagement
