    Key Remits

    • Supporting portfolio managers with end to end processes of Equity and Fixed Income Corporate Action events
    • Processing all fees, rebates and brokerage for sales team
    • Identifying actions & ensuring all safeguards are in place
    • Monitoring IBOR
    • Identify, escalate & resolve risk
    • Liaising with all internal stakeholders & relevant teams
    • Daily reconciliations

    Experience

    • Proven Corporate Actions experience within Financial Services buy side is an advantage
    • Strong attention to detail, able to work effectively prioritising multiple tasks
    • Strong and effective communicator at all levels
    • Good team worker sharing knowledge effectively and showing a flexible work approach
    • Working knowledge of the following asset classes; Equity/Fixed Income may be considered
    • Computer literate with strong Excel, Word and Outlook skills
    • Self-starter with a dynamic "can do" attitude with a strong desire to make things happen
