    We are currently recruiting a Finance Assistant on a 12 months FTC, to join their team in Blackburn.
    This is an important role which ensures the smooth running of the Finance function.

    You will support the team, enabling the business to operate efficiently, the role will also support the transition to a new finance system in the future.

    Key Responsibilitiesownership of Bank and payment reconciliations including data entry for cash management into sage with full bank reconciliationownership of month end cash book close and balancingwith supplier invoices and payment querieswith the purchase invoices and sales invoices processesand management of the departmental postof supplier business stationery and related supplies for the Blackburn Officeany support for ad hoc duties for the whole finance team.

    Key Requirements & Competencies(or equivalent) English and Mathswithin a finance functionMicrosoft ability including, Word, Excel, and Outlookattention to detailand keen to learn and developtime management and prioritising skillsto work on your own as well as part of a teamcommunication skills both verbally and writtenThis role is an exciting opportunity to join a global manufacturing business with huge future opportunities.
