Enterprise BDM - £35K - £40K per annum, plus commission

Sell managed services to large Enterprise corporates for this award winning provider of employee health and safety solutions.

Our client, a global player in the employee well-being sector are currently looking to add a BDM to their UK sales team.

The roleis to focus on the acquisition of new customers with headquarters in the UK.


The role would be hybrid with work from the office in South West London as well as home and client facing activity.

You will be prospecting with HR and Health and Safety Managers and directors, focusing on a managed service that helps protect employees thatcould be lone workers, vulnerable workers or workers in dangerous or business critical environments.

Identifying opportunities, the role will be responsible for discovery, demonstration, contract negotiation and close of contracts that could be in the regionof £1,200 to £5,000 monthly recurring revenue.


You are likely - 5 years into your new business sales career and are now looking for a step up into enterprise sales.

You enjoy new business and like the challenge of exceeding targets and uncapped bonus earning potential.

You ideally have already hadexperience selling to HR or Health and safety as a decision maker and enjoy presenting a value based proposition to clients.

Experience in SaaS solutions for employees management is highly desirable, however, experience in other complex managed service salesenvironments will also be considered.

On offer is a basic salary up to £40K plus uncapped bonus earning, 1st year expectations are £60K OTE.
