A world-leading provider of international communication and information systems requires an experienced HR Generalist to jointheirbusy but very friendly team to be responsible for supporting the HR function to achieve their strategic objectives across their business areas and teams who has a pro active and can do attitude.

As their HR Generalist your main responsibilities will include:

Ownership of Compensations and Benefits which will include payroll
Support employeesas well as line managers with any help and guidance they require
Employer Branding to increase their ability to attract the right talent to the business
Organise andarrange workshops, training and conferences based on requirements for departments
Experience and Qualities yourequire to fulfil therole of HR Generalist are:

~3 years experience within a similar role as a HR Generalist
~ Recruitment experience
~ Passionate about personal learning and development
