Job Overview:


  • Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Prepare contract documents, including amendments, extensions, and terminations
  • Maintain contract files and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address contractrelated inquiries and resolve issues
  • Assist in the negotiation and drafting of new contracts
  • Monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement or risk mitigation
  • Coordinate with external parties, such as vendors or clients, to obtain necessary documentation or information

Skills:


  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficient in computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
  • Excellent clerical skills, including filing, organizing, and maintaining documents
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Accurate typing skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred

Salary:
£30,000.00 per year
