Contract Administrator - Birmingham, United Kingdom - Juice Personnel
Description
Job Overview:
- Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Prepare contract documents, including amendments, extensions, and terminations
- Maintain contract files and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
- Collaborate with internal teams to address contractrelated inquiries and resolve issues
- Assist in the negotiation and drafting of new contracts
- Monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement or risk mitigation
- Coordinate with external parties, such as vendors or clients, to obtain necessary documentation or information
Skills:
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Excellent clerical skills, including filing, organizing, and maintaining documents
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Accurate typing skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Previous administrative experience is preferred
Salary:
£30,000.00 per year
