Our client, based in Hove is looking for a commercial property solicitor to be the face of the brand on the south coast utilising the Peterborough office for all back office support.

Responsibilities

Meeting with clients to establish the firm's suitability to provide the necessary advice and services.
Advising clients on Commercial Property matters and conducting litigation where applicable
Promoting the growth of the Commercial Property department and generating own business
Identifying crossreferrals opportunities
Keeping up to date with developments in law and practice
Adhering to their Lexcel accredited policies and procedures

Professional Standard

To work and behave in a professional manner and adhere to the highest ethical and other standards of the profession
Comply with procedures set out in the office manual, professional standards and any requirements set out by the Solicitors Regulation Authority or the Law Society
To ensure transactions are dealt with efficiently and in accordance with Anti Money Laundering Regulations
To maintain the strictest standards of client confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

A Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE. A strong commercial background with excellent client skills. Experienced in both contentious and noncontentious commercial property matters.
