Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting to a fantasticopportunity within a well-respected London Council for a LocumContracts & Procurement Lawyer.

Our clientis looking for a Contracts & Procurement Lawyer with hands onexperience working within the Public Sector, ideally within a LocalAuthority.

Advising on construction with good IT skills and experienceof using JCT construction software
Provide legal advice andassistance on Contracts, Procurement, Corporate and Commercial Law,Data Protection and Competition Law
Provide advice toCouncil on the implementation and application of GDPR in respect oftheir Contracts
Act on behalf of the Council in respect ofthe procurement of various contracts including contracts for Works andServices, Concession Contracts, Waste Contracts, Building andConstruction Contracts and Back to Back Agreements
Adviseon the interpretation of Contracts and other legal documentation andresponsible for carrying out complex drafting and the execution andcompletion of contracts
The ideal Contracts &Procurement Lawyer will have good knowledge of public procurement.
The successful Contracts & Procurement Lawyer will be joininga really friendly and supportive team. On offer is a competitivehourly rate and flexible working arrangements.
