Description
We currently have a new opportunity for someone to join our financial services client, as a receptionist, on a part time basis.
Role Duties:
- Ensuring that all visitors are greeted, directed and signed in, and providing assistance and support
- Diary management of meetings rooms, including organising & booking meeting rooms around the building
- Arranging the booking of taxis as required
- Arranging lunches and general refreshments for meetings
- General administration duties
- Responsible for ensuring the reception area is professional and welcoming
Essential Skills:
- Proficient IT skills
- Microsoft Word & Excel
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Previous reception, office management, or general administrative experience
- Excellent and effective communication skills
- Great planning and organisation skills, ability to be flexible around priorities
