We currently have a new opportunity for someone to join our financial services client, as a receptionist, on a part time basis.


Role Duties:


  • Ensuring that all visitors are greeted, directed and signed in, and providing assistance and support
  • Diary management of meetings rooms, including organising & booking meeting rooms around the building
  • Arranging the booking of taxis as required
  • Arranging lunches and general refreshments for meetings
  • General administration duties
  • Responsible for ensuring the reception area is professional and welcoming

Essential Skills:


  • Proficient IT skills
  • Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Previous reception, office management, or general administrative experience
  • Excellent and effective communication skills
  • Great planning and organisation skills, ability to be flexible around priorities
