As a Sales Negotiator, our original and well proven business model is easier to sell to vendors, reduces fall throughs and results in an average commission of approximately 2% plus VAT instead of just 1%.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will have access to the ARO, our unique and irresistible Advanced Rent Option, which guarantees Landlords a full year's rent paid up front, at no extra cost to our standard management services.

It is our intention to expand continuously, and to successfully achieve this we recognise that our most important asset is our people.
