    We have a great opportunity for a Lead Administrator to join our Healthcare Team at HMP Hollesely Bay is a category D Prison and Young Offenders Institution near Woodbridge in Suffolk.


    In this role you will have the opportunity to provide the highest standards of healthcare to our patients, without having to compromise on efficiency and quality.


    The working hours are:
    Monday - Friday: 08:00 – 16:00

    This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary up to £35,175 per annum - depending on experience.

    What you'll be doing

    As our Lead Administrator, your responsibilities will vary. You will

    Manage the provision of administrative, clerical and secretarial services for the Practice Plus Group healthcare delivery on site (including HR, training, competency and efficiency)
    Facilitate the effective management of clinics and rota template, monitoring DNAs/cancellations and duplicate/ ineffective use of clinics

    Support the performance lead in the collection of statistics and data; coordinate the monthly data and produce reports when required.

    Qualifications & Experience required

    Maths and English language skills at GCSE level or ability to demonstrate numeracy and literacy skills
    NVQ 2 Business Administration or equivalent experience
    Working to tight deadlines
    Diary management
    Organising meetings
    Using and maintaining databases, internet, Microsoft Office applications or equivalent, SystmOne

    Although not essential ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment.
