Main responsibilities:


  • To ensure the property estate remains compliant.
  • Support the management of compliance servicing programmes. Record the results of all servicing programmes in a method that provides easy accurate reporting on the contractor's performance and certification. Use results to highlight, detect and prevent noncompliance issues with the relevant key person responsible.
  • Monitor and review third party service reports, certificates and assessments such as electrical condition reports and fire risk assessments. Ensure actions are put in place to resolve any issues and followed up with evidence.
  • Management and Maintenance of the compliance platform currently provided by PIMSS
  • Data Systems
  • Maintain records of review dates for property safety compliance annual checks and servicing (including, but not limited to, Gas Safety Certificates, electrical installation, portable appliance testing, legionella inspections and servicing, Fire Risk Assessments (FRA) fire alarm systems, asbestos, nurse call etc.)
  • Ensure compliance checks are booked and placed in diaries within anniversary.
  • Inform relevant Offices/Managers of scheduled appointments.
  • Maintain accurate data and liaise with relevant Stakeholders if any discrepancies are found.
  • Provide regular statistical data.
  • Ensure all areas of compliance are completed on time and recorded correctly.

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communications
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Ability to negotiate with customers and other members of staff
  • Computer literate (GSuite, Microsoft Excel and Word)
  • Ability to handle, analyse data and report findings.
  • Ability to challenge

Additional Information:
