- Ensure a professional and polite greeting for all patients, visitors, and telephone callers at the practice's reception.
- Answer incoming calls from patients and other healthcare professionals, redirecting them accordingly or taking messages.
- Address administrative queries and requests from patients, serving as a link with clinicians when necessary.
- Manage appointment scheduling through the clinical system.
- Provide support to clinicians as needed.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of repeat prescriptions following specific protocols.
- Perform data entry for new and temporary registrations along with relevant patient information.
- Scan and organize patient information in the electronic medical records system, including medical documents, hospital reports, and letters.
