Galbraith is a diverse multi-disciplinary Firm of Property Consultants with offices across Northern England and Scotland.Due to an increase in demand for their planning and development work, our Morpeth team are
looking for an enthusiastic individual to join them in a new role within the team as Graduate Development Surveyor to help deliver creative and valuable planning and development solutions for landowning clients across the Northeast region.

The successful candidate will have the chance to be involved in a variety of interesting work including involvement in bringingforward both large- and small-scale development opportunities, developing creative design approaches to meet client needs and working with a wide range of landowning clients and developers.
The role will involve engaging with Local Authorities in preparing and progressing planning applications and allow the individual to develop a keen commercial sense through the valuation and appraisal of development opportunities.
Working closely with developers and builders to resolve practical problem will develop a strong grounding in construction and there will be ample opportunity to progress agency skills in the marketing of a wide variety of development opportunities.
