General Scope
Working in the Operations Team and reporting to the Operations Manager.

You will be responsible for providing support within a busy and dynamic Operations environment with a particular focus on the Skip/RORO department.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Deal and resolve with customer issues.
You will have a clear, concise and professional telephone manner.
Quoting prices for services as and when required.
Take detailed calls for Skip & RORO customers; to include bookings.
Entering and managing accurate details on to a bespoke customer database.
Working closely with the wider Forge Team to help resolve an escalating issues.
Managing general operational issues and office administration.
Planning and routing work
Briefing and debriefing drivers during the course of the day
Ensure that all health and safety policies are compiled to.
A confident and professional telephone manner with excellent communication and organisational skills
A team player with the willingness to go the 'extra mile'
Enthusiastic and hardworking.
High levels of selfmotivation and the ability to multitask.
Excellent planning skills and a good working knowledge of the local surrounding areas.

Experience:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

A good understanding of MS Office and administration skills, with good data inputting skills.
A confident telephone manner and excellent relationship building skills.
Other duties as requested.
