    Spotify's EMEA Agency Development team is dedicated to driving new and innovative strategic partnerships with our EMEA-based Agency holding companies.

    This team will showcase all the technological data assets and innovation available to drive business goals for all advertisers on Spotify's platform
    Manage and lead a team of EMEA Agency Development Execs responsible for driving revenue from some of our largest agencies and advertisers
    Manage EMEA Agency strategic development, in partnership with EMEA's Heads of Sales and local market sales and sales support teams
    Ensure prioritized account alignment, segmentation and client mapping are in place to avoid duplication of work and contacts
    Liaise closely with local markets to deliver regular updates on progress towards strategic and revenue goals and to ensure you align with local markets on conversations and deals being discussed
    Act as a senior leader and ambassador in-region and market with Holding Company and agency C Suite executives particularly across Strategy, Planning and Trading functions
    Develop strategic relationships with Holding Company and Agency leaders in order to drive business at a local, regional or global level
    Support regional and local market Agency teams in the execution of comprehensive agency workstreams and business reviews
    Conceptually sell Spotify at a senior agency level to help drive local and regional revenues
    Negotiate and deliver agency trading deals/SLAs in accordance with local market guidance and legal compliance
    As your relationships will be with senior executives, act as an ambassador if escalation is required
    A min of 10+ years of Brand Advertising, Media Planning and/or Brand development experience leading businesses or accounts
    Knowledge of the entire marketing mix, online and offline media and advertising solutions currently available
    Significant proven successful experience working in or with media & creative agencies at a senior level
    Know the Global Agency business and industry landscape inside and out and how to drive impact across EMEA
    Personal network in place with senior C Suite agency contacts across several agency groups and proven track record of successfully growing revenue through the development of strategic relationships
    Passion for developing high-impact solutions, presentations and leading training programs for large audiences
    An out of the box creative problem solver
    Travel will be required in this role
