Salary:
£75,000 depending on experience
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and manage a team of enterprise designers and researchers, fostering personal development, conducting team meetings, and providing mentoring and coaching
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with product/service management and engineering to ensure alignment with business KPIs
- Design intuitive and elegant UX solutions to enhance employee satisfaction, efficiency, and productivity
- Establish and maintain a UX program to guide designers, product management, and tech teams towards achieving UX objectives
- Conduct user testing programs for continuous improvement of the product portfolio, leveraging datadriven design decisions
- Lead internal product designers to success through mentoring, coaching, and development initiatives
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Proficient in user experience (UX) design principles and methodologies
- Strong understanding of IT user experience requirements and best practices
- Extensive knowledge of Project Management (tools, techniques, practices), Engineering and basic knowledge of other functions such as Commercial & Finance
Desirable:
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively, adapting to diverse challenges and situations with finesse

The Enablement team:
Working within the Enablement team entails a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing new methods for engineering systems.
This involves not only introducing innovative tool sets but also providing comprehensive training to ensure seamless adoption and proficiency among team members.
Additionally, a significant aspect of the role involves harnessing the power of data more effectively, with a keen focus on simplifying data utilization processes for enhanced efficiency.
The team's primary objective revolves around maximizing the exploitation of systems to drive productivity and performance across various sectors of the business.
With a substantial team of 250 individuals spanning different departments such as engineering and finance, collaboration and coordination are paramount to ensure cohesive and impactful enablement strategies.
