Reporting directly to the Head of Infrastructure, this is an opportunity to join a highly creative, rapidly expanding independent software company.

Join our dynamic iGaming team as a Junior Systems Administrator in the Infrastructure team.

With experience in Windows, Linux, and macOS environments, networking, Microsoft Office 365, and more, you'll maintain and enhance our IT infrastructure.

Your expertise will be pivotal in supporting internal users, troubleshooting and managing configurations. Maintain, update and improve the entire internal IT Infrastructure in terms of configuration, licenses and firmware.
Troubleshoot any internal IT Infrastructure issue
Create and maintain reports of the healthy status of our internal IT Infrastructure
Keep up to date our AV system in terms of licenses and patches
Manage Microsoft Office 365 and Cloud Exchange in terms of Users, licenses, configuration and products
Keep the internal IT Infrastructure in line with ISO27001 standards
Keep the internal IT Infrastructure documents always up to date with any change

Experience maintaining Microsoft Windows, Linux OS and MAC
Experience networking (LAN) and firewalling
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 including Cloud Exchange
Experience with Microsoft DC, AD, DHCP, DNS
Experience dealing with any Antivirus software
Some experience with AWS (understanding about VPC, Instances, S3, subnet, security groups, IGW and NAT GW)
Understanding of Domains configuration
Knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Jira service desk, Bitbucket)
