**This role will initially require five days in the office with a more flexibility on completion of probation.

We are pleased to be working with a £200m+ and UK leading building products manufacturer as they recruit for a Marketing Manager to join their growing marketing department. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this is a first class opportunity for a strategic marketer to come in and driven best in class customer lead strategies, with a strong understanding of customer journeys and track record in driving loyalty and retention activity as well as product communications.

The organisation has a strong reputation, has excellent retention levels across their senior marketing team and this role will offer a great deal of breadth working across multiple channels and management of a budget, and whilst you will be hands on, working with agencies and the digital marketing team, it is a true strategic thinker this role requires, someone who is strong with data as well as creative.

To be considered for the role you will require the following skills and experience:

• Circa two to five years commercial marketing experience and track record of building out plans and marketing strategies.
• Track record of delivering best in class integrated campaigns.
• Data and insight driven, and analytical mindset.
• Experience of marketing to B2B and B2B2C audiences would be advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills, outgoing and confident operator who will be confident working with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable being in the office five days a week during probation. (more flexibility post probation)
