We have an opportunity for a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Work & Employment to help build upon the strong achievements of the School's Centre for Decent Work in relation to research, knowledge exchange and research impact.

For one of the posts, we particularly welcome applicants who possess strong quantitative skills and experience of analysing large scale data sets.

The Centre for Decent Work is located in the Management School's Work, Employment and Organisations Group, which:

  • is home to both the Centre for Decent Work and to the Organisation Studies research cluster, with staff undertaking a vibrant range of world-leading research, regularly publishing in top tier journals, successfully attracting major research grants, and contributing impact and knowledge exchange activity;
- delivers a range of postgraduate and undergraduate programmes and modules, including our two MSc programmes in Human Resource Management, one of which is CIPD-accredited.


We sustain a research-intensive environment that creates, advances and disseminates knowledge with respect to management inquiry, for the benefit of students, private and public sector organisations and society in general.


We build teams of people from different heritages and lifestyles from across the world, whose talent and contributions complement each other to greatest effect.
