About the Role:

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to take responsibility for all in-house legal matters including contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, drafting agreements, corporate governance and risk management.

My client are a growing space technology business providing critical infrastructure to the space economy, including spacecraft, ground segment, launch infrastructure and other space and ground-based assets integral to the success of the industry.

• To be successful you'll need to have...
  • 5+ years of experience practising law, focusing on corporate, commercial, or regulatory matters in the space/satellite industry. Additional finance experience, particularly debt-related transactions, would be a plus.
  • Deep understanding of legal principles, including relevant international treaties, regulatory frameworks, and licensing requirements.
  • Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts, with strong attention to detail and risk management.
