Key responsibilities:
- Liaise between client and lender to ensure that client receives mortgage offer efficiently.
- Manage in tray of mortgage cases proactively, as per the task list.
- Maintain positive working relationships with the advisers.
- Ensure consistent high performance in customer service scores and the review website
