Account manager - £20,600 - Hybrid Role

Key responsibilities:


  • Liaise between client and lender to ensure that client receives mortgage offer efficiently.
  • Manage in tray of mortgage cases proactively, as per the task list.
Accurately note all actions/communications on the Internal CRM system.

  • Maintain positive working relationships with the advisers.
  • Ensure consistent high performance in customer service scores and the review website
