- Conducts post-incident reviews of major incidents
- Analysingthe incident response process, identifying areas for improvement, and updating incident management procedures accordingly
- Conductingweekly incident review meetings where all incidents are summarisedwith root cause and preventative actions documented
- Facilitatingroot cause analysis and the implementation of permanent correct actions
- Strong problem solving skills and experience in a similar role which involves trouble shooting and a technical mind
- Confident with data analytics
- Ableto translate technical information to a non-technical audience
- Good understanding of C.I principles
- Ableto work under pressure in a fast paced automated environment

Our Warehouse Operation is an impressive, state of the art, 2.5m square foot Distribution Centre in Shirebrook, and one of the most advanced warehouses within the UK. We are currently looking to grow our Warehouse Team with individuals who are obsessed with continuous improvement and innovation
We have created a brand new Flow Room in our Warehouse - a Flow Room controls the flow of orders through an automated warehouse from inbound through to dispatch- and an efficient Flow Room means an efficient and well run automated Warehouse.
As an Incident Manager in our Flow Room you will provide cover on site to manage incidents and works - you will coordinate all on site incidents including IT, Facilities and automation related incidents through to resolution
This role is based full time at our Shirebrook HQ
Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off Rotation Days/Nights
