Estates Manager (Projects), Cheshire, £150 - £220pday (Monday - Friday)

Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting for a temporary Estates Manager (Projects) to join a large Public Sector organisation in Cheshire for a 7 month assignment (with a strong possibility of extension).

The assignment can start immediately.

Role:

The role forms part of a busy Capital Team, who provide a Project Management service to the organisation's sites, duties will include;

To assist with the full range of duties in the implementation of building and engineering works as part of the organisations Capital Programme.
To provide support in the execution of the organisations Capital Programme
To take the technical lead on identified issues related to the management of
Estates, Building and Engineering works and providing accurate up to date advice as required
Act as Project Lead and oversee staff/consultants within the projects team
