Description
My client are looking for a Human Resource officer to join their team in a multi-academy trust in Ipswich.Hybrid working with 4 remote days and 1 in the central office.
Job Purpose:
To provide proactive and comprehensive first line advice, guidance and support to all Managers and all employees on all aspects of employee relations and Terms and Conditions of Employment.
The post holder will contribute to defined specific workforce focused project work for example policy development, disciplinary and grievance processes, line management development.
Essential Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Ability to work on own initiative and plan and organise own workload.
- Knowledge of terms and conditions of service relevant to a range of staff.
- Excellent communication, influencing, mediation skills.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Minimum 3 years of broadbased HR Officer experience
- Professional certification by the CIPD preferred
