    Job Title: Head of Commercial Operations (Learning)

    Location: Remote

    Work Type: 6-month Contract

    Day Rate: Negotiable

    The Role

    We are working with a long-standing client who are looking for someone, who's day to day position would involve leading team of professionals who are responsible for the delivery of online courses. This individual would be responsible for managing key partner accounts and the delivery of courses under those partners, in addition to managing the delivery and build in house.

    The position is very commercially driven, so it is absolutely essential that this individual has the commercial expertise and experience in budget management and financial planning, which ultimately will help our client to achieve mid-year and annual commercial targets.

    The Person

    As well as showing a keen eye for the commerciality of learning programmes, these are some of the key skills we have outlined for the position:

    • Good financial acumen and being commercially astute
    • Strong experience across strategic operations and successful delivery of products to consumers
    • Strong stakeholder management
    • Confident drawing information from different data streams to help inform business decisions
    • Strong Project / Programme Management
    • Ed tech background would be beneficial. Failing that, experience within Higher Education or Luxury brands within a similar space
