    ABOUT THE VENUEPeppermint Events are excited to offer a new opportunity at their brand-new F&B Venue, Riverside East in Queen Elizabeth Park, London.

    Based in the heart of the iconic Olympic Park this venue will be re imagined to become a multi functioning destination F&B space, comprising of the large outside courtyard area which will host a range of events from fan zones to Sunday markets all year round with innovation such as self-service Beer Taps as well as a wide range of entertainment.

    Join our team at Riverside East to provide exceptional service and the smooth running of our cellars and bars.

    We're seeking seasoned professional's to take lead on our cellar areas to provide efficient stock control, complete stock takes and take ownership within this role .

    Your responsibilities will include maintaining inventory levels, ensuring stock takes are accurate, and upholding safety standards.

    The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of bar operations, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

    If you would like to be a part of a new venue opening in the heart of the Olympic Park, please apply here Main responsibilities include– Managing stock distribution on both bars– Stock rotation and management– Line cleaning and checks-Regular stock takes– Changing kegs-Running stock to and from the cellar– Ability to act as bar back when cellar jobs are complete-Replenishing the fridges and controlling waste management-Maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the cellars-Separating, organising and decoupling empty kegs– Keeping an organised stock room in preparation for closing counts-Ad-hoc duties may be required outside of operation hours Skills Required-Cellar experience required (minimum 6 months)-Knowledge of bar operations essential-Good leadership and communication skills-Excellent attention to detail-Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment-Accurate counting skills-Ability to work independently and as part of a team Please note- this is a physically demanding job and heavy lifting is required.

    Full on site training will be provided but previous experience in a similar role is essential.
