    Due to the ongoing success of our digital learning division and increasing demand for our services globally, IKM Testing in Aberdeen seeks a creative and driven eLearning designer to join our dynamic design team. As an eLearning designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting modern and captivating digital learning content for our organization and clients worldwide. This position entails close collaboration with international subject matter experts and our talented in-house 3D visualization and multimedia professionals to create top-notch online training solutions.     Roles and Responsibilities

    • Content Development
      • Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to grasp learning objectives and content needs.
      • Utilize content provided by our in-house 3D animation team to enrich online courses using interactive software.
      • Design and produce instructional material, eLearning modules, presentations, courses, and multimedia content using authoring tools and graphic design software.
      • Create interactive and engaging learning activities to elevate the overall learning experience.
    • Multimedia Production
      • Develop multimedia elements like graphics, animations, audio, and video to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of eLearning content.
      • Edit and enhance existing multimedia materials to align with instructional objectives.
    • Quality Assurance
      • Review and test learning materials for accuracy, functionality, and compliance with design standards.
      • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to enhance the quality of eLearning materials continually.
    • Collaboration
      • Work with cross-functional teams including instructional designers, subject matter experts, and project managers to meet project goals and deadlines.
      • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall learning experience.
      • Collaborate with our in-house 3D team to integrate interactivity and immersive concepts into online learning.
    • Professional Development
      • Stay updated on industry trends, eLearning technologies, and best practices.
      • Pursue opportunities for professional growth to enhance eLearning design skills.
    • General Responsibilities
      • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

      Qualifications Required (Technical, Professional, Academic)

      • Essential
        • HNC/HND or degree in instructional design, eLearning development, graphic design, or related field, or 3 years' experience in a similar role.

        Experience Required

        • Essential
          • Knowledge of eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
          • Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
          • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
        • Preferred
          • Experience with interactive 3D models, AR, and VR.
          • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
          • Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS.
          • Understanding of SCORM and other eLearning standards.
          • Experience in project management and meeting deadlines.
