- Multimedia Production
- Develop multimedia elements like graphics, animations, audio, and video to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of eLearning content.
- Edit and enhance existing multimedia materials to align with instructional objectives.
- Quality Assurance
- Review and test learning materials for accuracy, functionality, and compliance with design standards.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to enhance the quality of eLearning materials continually.
- Collaboration
- Work with cross-functional teams including instructional designers, subject matter experts, and project managers to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Collaborate with our in-house 3D team to integrate interactivity and immersive concepts into online learning.

- General Responsibilities
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Essential
- HNC/HND or degree in instructional design, eLearning development, graphic design, or related field, or 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Essential
- Knowledge of eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Preferred
- Experience with interactive 3D models, AR, and VR.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS.
- Understanding of SCORM and other eLearning standards.
- Experience in project management and meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
