This role is based in our Colchester office three days a week, with hybrid working from home two days a week.

Job DescriptionUploading & processing of invoices/payment request formsGeneral purchase ledger maintenance and reportingDebit balance dispute resolutionMaintenance and matching for PO OrdersManaging exceptions on PO ordersManage the business rules in VIM for PO and Non-PO invoicesHandling and resolution of invoice queriesProvide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers at all timesGeneral administration dutiesQualificationsGood communication skills at all levels including a wide range of stakeholders within the businessDemonstrates problem-solving skillsPro-active and take initiative and encourage teams to do the sameAct with integrity, tact and diplomacyOrganised, diligent with attention to detail and the ability to maintain these skills whilst working under pressureGood skills in Excel, Word and Outlook are essentialAdditional InformationWe know that sometimes the 'perfect candidate' doesn't exist, and that people can be put off applying for a job if they don't fit all the requirements.
