As an Associate in their M&A team, individuals will tackle major global M&A deals, providing seamless legal services across various specialties like public takeovers, private M&A, and joint ventures. Their role involves offering legal and commercial expertise on complex transactions, reorganisations, and advisory work spanning sectors like finance, CG&R, healthcare, and technology.
