    The Opportunity

    As our Sales Development Representative (SDR), your responsibility is to proactively respond to Inbound inquiries from our website and sales line in a timely manner, present our value proposition, gather key information around business needs, and qualify them for a more in-depth discussion with an Account Executive.

    You'll identify, qualify, and create new sales opportunities by responding to Inbound inquiries via UserTesting's website, chat platform, and sales line. As this position is often the first point of contact with prospective customers, you are required to conduct business dealings in a professional and proactive manner and respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries in a timely fashion. You'll nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with an Account Executive and properly qualify leads to ensure we can address their pain points and provide value to them. You're attention to detail will be important as you thoroughly vet leads to confirm they conform to company guidelines. There will be a need for you to overcome prospect objections and achieve weekly and monthly KPIs. There will also be the opportunity for travel from time to time, to help with trade-shows and other marketing and sales events.

    What we're looking for

    • Most importantly, you'll be be self-motivated, disciplined and self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
    • You'll have business experience, with time spent in a sales-related role
    • You'll be a clear communicator with excellent phone etiquette and the ability to influence and speak with C-Level and senior executives and ask thought-provoking questions
    • We offer a complex solution so you'll need to quickly understand and successfully promote UserTesting's technical offerings and solution sets
    • Ability to manage several tasks and assignments concurrently
    • Multilingual skills in German or French a plus
