We are looking for a Bar Runner to join the team in Flute @Broadwick Soho.

The bar runner will be the face of our F&B outlets, orchestrating and delivering a spectacular service to Broadwick Sohos guests.

You will be working adjacently with other F&B and Kitchen talents to provide our guests with their orders, ensuring any dietary requirements have been followed and accommodated accordingly.

You will oversee and ensure a pleasant visit for our guests from the moment they enter Broadwick Soho Hotel to the end of their visit.

You will work with a brilliant team across all departments of the hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Experience in a luxury/lifestyle restaurant or bar or 5* luxury hotel operation
Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking with guests, colleagues and the senior leadership team
Able to work 40 hours per week including late evenings and weekends
