Our client is seeking to appoint a experienced property valuation co-ordinator to join the Pre Market team.


In this role you will be offering a great insight into property and sales environment liaising with both clients, vendors and Estate Agents.

£19,305 (OTE up to £4500)

Monday
  • Friday (8:30am 5pm/ 9:00am 5:30pm)

Saturday 1 in 3 weeks (10am-4pm) - standart rate or Time off in Lieu.

Sunday 1 in 3 weeks (10am-4pm) - overtime rate of £12 per hour

Responsibilities:


  • Liaise directly with Agents
  • Do online research
  • Create marketing evaluation packs which will recommend an established valuation and suggested marketing price for properties
  • Communicate with all internal and external clients
  • Maintain business relationships with clients
