We are seeing very strongtraction from Latin America and are thus looking for someone whocan enter the market and build it into one of our core markets.

Superchat is the most comprehensivemessaging-suite for small and medium-sized businesses. Using ourplatform, businesses of all sizes can connect with customers viaany channel (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Telegram andmany more) and send out payment requests, collect reviews and sellproducts in a modern and convenient way.

Superchat raised over $19 million in capital from leading VentureCapital funds Blossom Capital and 468 Capital as well as angelinvestors including the founders of Trivago, Lieferando and Lovoo.

Your responsibilities:

• Take ownership: Build and deliver new features to ourcustomers on your own
• Collaboration: Workclosely together with our frontend engineers
• Improve performance of our platform to increase the user experienceof our customers
• Participate in discussionsabout the long-term architecture of Superchat
• Shape internal development processes/best-practices thatallow to scale the engineering team over time
• Bring up your own ideas to shape our product

• Kotlin with the Quarkus Framework
  • You have used Java/Spring Boot instead ? Don't worry, we will getyou into Kotlin/Quarkus very quickly
• AWS: RDS with Postgres, S3, SQS, SNS, SES
• GitHub Actions for CI/CD
• Typesense (Search)
• Linear(project management)
• LaunchDarkly (featureflagging)
• Doppler (secret management)
• DataDog / Sentry / BetterUptime to monitorour services
• Typescript / React / NextJS /TailwindCSS for our web application

This is an on-site role in Berlin. We are offering ahybrid model with 2 days home office per week.
