    My client are a global top 10 agency who are looking for a new Social Creative Manager. The position will sit in the social and content team of the agency and will be exposed to a number of global clients and campaigns.

    You should have a portfolio to showcase your previous expense from concept to production - it is also vital that you can shoot ( iPhone ) and also edit.

    What is needed -


    • Minimum 3 years creative and production experience in social including planning, storyboarding, shooting (iPhone predominantly content captured) and post-production.


    • High level proficiency in core Adobe CS software including Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects & Illustrator


    • Experience in running or producing TikTok-specific content for clients / in personal time.


    • Up to date with the latest social trends and staying on top of what's trending / going viral on social.


    • Experience in digesting, interpreting, and responding to client briefs in a high-paced environment both working alone and in a team.


    • Excellent attention to detail and understanding of design fundamentals able to communicate and educate clients and colleagues alike to ensure the best work.


    • A robust and extensive understanding of Social Media channels and creative best practices with strong ability to communicate and apply them.

    Key responsibilities

    · Managing the creative social output for a number of key social clients across a range of different industries. Core responsibilities will be coming up with the ideas and content production for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook platforms.

    · Coaching and supporting colleagues and clients in creative leadership to ensure understanding and enhance creative relationships.

    · Running and take part in brainstorms with colleagues and clients to develop creative ideas and campaign concepts and develop into campaign ideas.

    · Concepting + creating presentation visuals and mocks to support the team on pitching campaigns and projects, understanding the needs of the presentation even without clear direction.
