    Position: KS1 Teacher
    Location: Southampton
    Salary Type: £150 - £200 Per Day
    Start Date: Immediately

    Requirements:
    • Teaching Certification (QTS/PGCE) is a prerequisite.
    • Possess a solid grasp of primary school curriculum and teaching methodologies.
    • Exhibit patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for education.
    • Proficient in developing captivating and inclusive lesson plans.
    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and deliver dynamic lessons tailored to accommodate diverse learning styles.
    • Foster a warm and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and collaboration.
    • Implement efficient classroom management strategies to enhance the learning experience.
    • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents.
    • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and well-being.
    Key Skills:
    • Skillful classroom management techniques as a KS1 Teacher.
    • Implementing differentiated instruction methods.
    • Clear and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
    • Integration of technology to enhance learning experiences.
    • Establishing a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
    • Utilising various assessment and evaluation strategies.
