    Learning Support Assistant (LSA)


    LSA required - Working with a child with limited English - Immediate start - Exceptional Waltham Cross Primary School - £90 per day - Long term role starting ASAP- 8.

    30pm Mon - Fri

    This school is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join its outstanding Ofsted rated school in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire.

    The role will support a Year 1 child who has recently arrived in the UK and has limited English language skills and school experience.

    Compassion and understanding for a child who is in completely new surroundings
    The desire to work with children who are low ability
    Keen to work as part of a large team dedicated to inclusive education


    The position starts immediately and is expected to last until the end of the academic year, with the potential for a permanent role based on performance.

    Our school boasts exceptional facilities, including large indoor and outdoor learning spaces, dedicated one-to-one classrooms, and specialist SEN provision led by dedicated SEN teachers.


    With a dedicated workforce of over 20 LSAs, you will have the support and resources needed to succeed in this role.

    The successful candidate will play a key role in helping the child settle and catch up with their peers.
